The ruby heart is surrounded by round brilliant cut diamond that are bezel set. In addition,the ring contains pave’set round brilliant cut diamonds off each shoulder of the ring shank. The diamonds have VS1 clarity with G/H color. The diamonds weigh 1.46 carats total. The ring is solid 18k yellow gold and the inside of the ring shank is marked “750”. The ring weighs 6.7 grams.
